Your mission
 
As a Game Balancer - Live Games (m/f), you will be responsible for the mathematical side of our game design. You will perform analyses to ensure that our online games offer the users lasting entertainment. Furthermore, your concepts will establish the proper balance within our online games.
You will serve as the link between numbers and psychology in the game.

Your job:

• Design the balancing of our games
• Constantly monitor and improve our existing game balancing and flows
• Visualize your work with detailed tables and informative charts
• Optimize features with regard to user experience and monetization
• Design new game mechanics with our game design team

Your profile:

• Experience in game balancing and game design
• Strong understanding of free-to-play game mechanics
• Good sense of the strong psychological effect that balancing can have
• Excellent mathematical skills, particularly related to analysis
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel; VBA is advantageous
• Knowledge of SQL desirable
