What we ask:

  • Bachelorabschluss
  • Problem solving
  • Communication
  • Extensive experience as a Roller, Fitter or Shift Supervisor in a Rolling Mill
  • Understanding of production processes and Rolling Mill Equipment
  • Experience in mentoring and leading teams
  • Basic level of English is acceptable; more advanced skills are a plus
  • Openness to new experiences and willingness to temporarily relocate
